Premise
Velnaris smells like perfume on rain-wet stone, hot oil, and money changing hands too fast. When ritual murders start pointing at the House of Red Vows, Ser Alistair Veyne (Dawn Order paladin) and Madame Lirael (succubus matron) stop being backdrop—they become evidence, alibi, and target.
PCs enter as investigators, blackmailers, tourists, or debtors—not pre-written heroes.
